How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I place an order?
We love a 48 hour notice, but suggest that you reserve as far in advance as possible in order to ensure that you are able to reserve the gear that you need. We definitely understand last minute plans, so if it is less than 24 hours, call us and we will make every effort to meet your needs!
Can I request extra gear at the last minute?
Of course! We will make every effort to provide you with the extra gear that you need.
I need 2 cribs! What do I do?
On the reservations page, tell us that in the message box and we'll adjust your order accordingly.
Is there a rental agreement?
Yes, we have a rental agreement. You will receive it via email after you reserve your gear. The rental agreement must be signed and returned for the reservation to be completed.
What is your delivery fee?
For gear delivered on Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Fort Fisher), there is no delivery fee. For gear delivered off the island, please email us to request a quote.
Where do you deliver?
Our main service area is Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Fort Fisher), but we can be convinced to travel further. Please email us any requests. Delivery fees will apply.
Do you deliver to the airport?
We apologize, but at this time we do not deliver to the airport.
Can I pick up the items myself?
We do not currently have this option.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $30.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that issues arise where cancellations are sometimes necessary. Please give us as much notice as possible. For all cancellations under 24 hours, a $25 cancellation charge will apply.
How do you define the rental period?
We define the rental period on a 24 hour schedule. As an example, if you rent gear Friday at 6pm, and return it Sunday before 6pm, it is a 2 day rental.
Can you deliver my items before I arrive?
In some instances, yes. For hotels, we can drop off items prior to your arrival -- please let the hotel staff know that we are coming. For rental houses, please speak with the rental company to ask if they will provide us access prior to your arrival.
How do you clean your items?
Steam cleaning, scent and color-free detergent and baby-friendly all-purpose cleaners.
Are linens included with my crib/pack 'n play/aerobed order?
Yes. We provide one set of sheets. For cribs and pack 'n plays, we also provide a mattress pad.
What if I smoke?
We reserve the right to use judgement during the delivery. If there is smoking inside the house, we will not deliver the equipment. We will refund your payment less a $20 delivery fee.
